How to prolong the life of greenhouse
1. film thickness
The thicker the film, the longer the anti aging time. The aging of polyethylene materials is caused by ultraviolet radiation. Therefore, it is necessary to select agricultural films with UV absorbers and UV stabilizers. The agricultural film with UV absorber is like a black protective layer on the film. Ultraviolet rays are absorbed and converted into heat. UV stabilizers can effectively prolong the aging time of agricultural films and even repair the damaged molecular structure.
2. Climatic temperature
If the agricultural film is exposed to high temperature, especially the part contacting with the skeleton, it is easy to form hot spots. The agricultural film with a maximum temperature of 80 ℃ is particularly prone to aging and damage. This is why the sunscreen can not be directly covered on the outside of the film, and the sunscreen directly covered on the outside of the film will accelerate the aging of the film. In addition, a white plastic strip or cloth strip can be used to tie the frame to the place where the film contacts, so as to prevent the agricultural film from being damaged by high temperature.
